I believe this could be a powerful build-in to the Carling Be The Coach activation. While the promotion puts fans in the driving seat insofar as team make-up and coaching decisions are concerned - an idea like this could invite fans to "put their money where their mouth is" by pitting their skills against their favourite Chiefs/Pirates player - not to mention the opportinity of spending time with their heroes.
